By participating in services provided by AdaptAble Pathways, families acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Services

AdaptAble Pathways provides private special education instruction, educational support, and family consultation services tailored to the individual needs of each learner. Services are provided by a licensed and experienced special education teacher.

Not a Therapeutic Service

AdaptAble Pathways is not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic provider. Services provided are educational in nature only. AdaptAble Pathways does not provide:

• Speech Therapy

• Occupational Therapy (OT)

• Physical Therapy (PT)

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Counseling or Mental Health Therapy

• Medical Services or Diagnoses

Families are encouraged to seek licensed therapeutic or medical professionals for services outside the educational scope of AdaptAble Pathways.

Educational Support Only

AdaptAble Pathways is not a private school, homeschool, or accredited educational institution. Participation in services does not replace enrollment in a public, private, charter, or homeschool program.

For homeschool families, parents/guardians remain solely responsible for meeting all state homeschooling laws, requirements, record keeping, and educational compliance obligations.

Individualized Support

Instruction and support are individualized based on student strengths, needs, goals, and family priorities. While meaningful progress is always the goal, specific educational outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

A parent or guardian must provide accurate and updated information regarding the learner’s educational, behavioral, and medical needs that may impact services or safety.

Confidentiality

AdaptAble Pathways values the privacy of all learners and families. Information shared during services will be treated respectfully and confidentially, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to maintain safety.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or participating in services with AdaptAble Pathways, families acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Once a service is scheduled, the customer must cancel the service at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
